Closed Cell insulation is a rigid, dense, water-resistant barrier high in R value typically sprayed 2in thick. This is a great option for exterior walls and basements. We do offer thicker sprays for a slight upcharge.
Open Cell Insulation is lightweight, Soft, Porous, with a lower R value it’s sprayed 3.5in thick. It acts only as an air barrier not, a moisture barrier. This is used for smaller cavities and places moisture doesn’t reach typically interior walls.
Rolled Fiberglass is a versatile, easy-to-install material used to improve energy efficiency, thermal comfort, and soundproofing in homes. They Are Rolled out and installed as needed. Price Varies largely on job size.
Blow in insulation is a loose-fill insulation, that consists of small particles of material. This is installed using specialized equipment to fill gaps, cavities, and irregular spaces in walls, attics, and other areas creating a thermal barrier.
